Terms and Conditions of Booking

 

Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before using this site. Your use of this Website is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms of use. By using this Web site, you signify your assent to these terms of use and privacy policy. Rates and Price Variations: We reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking which may result in cancellation fees. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

Deposits: Advance 50% at the time of booking.
Balance:  50%, 45 days prior to check-in date.  

Standard Cancellation /Refund Policy for Camp Stay/5/4/3 Star Hotels as:
* No cancellation charges, if the booking is cancelled 45 days prior to the departure date.
* If, booking is cancelled between 30 days to 45 days – 30% of the package cost.
* From 15 days to 30 days prior to departure – 50% of the package cost.
* Less than 15 days - 75% - 100%  of the package cost.
* No Refund against domestic flight tickets at any stage of the tour.

Flight Cancellation Policy:
Flight Bookings are totally non-refundable or transferable
Cancellations must be in writing and should be addressed to the consultant handling the booking.
If a credit has been approved it is valid for 6 months from the date the cancellation was made.

Special Cancellation Conditions: Certain accommodation and tour products will apply additional cancellation charges. These cancellation conditions and costs are located under the pricing on the individual pages and will be clearly advised to you in writing at the time of booking.

Amendment Fees:  No Charges for land arrangements.

Credit Card Chargeback Fees: Any fees charged to  INB Vacations by our credit card payment provider arising from a chargeback or a disputed charge on the cardholder's credit card will be charged to the cardholder. This fee is non-refundable.

Change Of Itinerary After Holiday Has Commenced: Any alteration or cancellation of services after your holiday has commenced can incur penalties. There is no refund for unused services.

Reporting of Incidents: Any abnormal incidents including injuries, service problems, cancellation of a service, or dissatisfaction must be reported to INB Vacations during the event to allow us an opportunity to rectify the situation or provide assistance.

General

Validity of Rates: Prices are valid for the dates indicated.

Children's Rates: Child costs are based on sharing a room with adults and using existing bedding. Costs for additional bedding and rollaway are available on request.

Payment Options: INB Vacations offers a secure server for your credit card payments. Alternatively, you can fax your credit card details to us, send a cheque, or make a direct deposit. Please visit our payment page for more details.

Travel Insurance: It is extremely important that you take out Travel Insurance. It is ESSENTIAL that this insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday including airfare(s).

Accommodation: Accommodation is as specified in the accommodation section of our websites. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case the accommodation operator overbooks their property or for any reason beyond our control. All rates are subject to change without notice. Not all properties provide instant availability and in these cases, INB Vacations checks availability once we receive the booking request.

Flights: Airfares show instant availability and fares at the time of quoting however we will not proceed with booking flights until your accommodation is confirmed. This is to avoid strict fees charged by airlines for flight amendments. This may result in fare and/or availability changes.

Check In / Check Out Times:  1200 hrs.

Single Supplement Costs: If not shown in your selected accommodation cost, this is available on the application.

Group And Incentive Travel: As group and conference rates are specially contracted rates specific for that particular group, they have different terms and conditions to standard holidays. If you are booking a group or incentive, please ensure that these conditions are explained to you.

Quotations: All quotations are available for services quoted and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and deposit received.

Our liabilities & limitations 
All efforts will be made sincerely to maintain the contract made by our organization with its customers. Still, there are always possibilities of certain Items like airfares, entrance fees at the monuments, or drastic increases in fuel costs, etc. getting more expensive without any notice from the Govt. authorities. In such a force, the difference in the cost would be borne by the customers. INB Vacations, New Delhi acts only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by actual suppliers.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants, etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or even after the commencement of the tour. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participant’s safety, comfort & general well-being.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines, etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes, the rates quoted before the modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on the usual check-in and check-out times of the hotels unless indicated in the itinerary.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest, or any such incidents. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk. Our transport is certainly Insured as per the Indian Motor Vehicles Act and claims, if any, will be made as per the rules of the Insurance Companies in Indian Rupees.
