The next Maha Kumbh, a major Hindu pilgrimage event, is scheduled to take place in Prayagraj according to the Georgian Hindu Calendar. The event will commence on January 13 or 14, which is celebrated as Makar Sankranti, and will conclude after the festival of Maha Shiv Ratri in 2025.

हरिद्वारे कुम्भयोगो मेषार्के कुम्भगे गुराै । प्रयागे मेषसंस्थेज्ये मकरस्थे दिवाकरे ।।
